Just playing a bit with the EVE character creation now that's Free to Play. I remember trying this out back in 2011 when they released all this Carbon Technology, too bad finally they didn't used. Jan 19, 2016 - That's not entirely due to the character creator, but that is the main focus of my own interest. And unlike the game proper, you can download the standalone character creator now. If you click our links to online stores and make a purchase we may receive a few pennies. I still prefer the char gen in EVE.

I'm a fan of character creators in games. So I was pleased to hear that Black Desert Online has released a free, standalone version of its character creator. You don't have to be in the beta (final closed beta starts Feb. 18), you don't have to preorder. Anyone can go in and create characters, and, if they want, use those characters when the beta or full game launch.
